He mentioned in his will that his daughter, Fanny Trisler, was deceased and left her part to her children. Her son, David Trisler, made the claim and signed the deeds at the settlement about 1852 after the death of Abraham's second wife, Barbara Bowman.

"This Indenture made this the 6th day of April 1877 between Emily Sanders wife of Ausborn Sanders desceased and Cyrus C. Sanders and Sarah A. his wife, James M. Sanders and Betty his wife, Caolyle and John M. Sanders, heir of of Ausborn Sanders of the first part, and William D. Sanders of the second part. Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part in consideration of fifteen hundred and ninety dollars, Twelve hundred and fifty paid and three hundred and forty secured by a note have sold and hereby convey unto the said party of the second part, the following described tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Madison and State of Kentucky on the waters of the Ky River and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stake at the mouth of a small ?drain at low water mark, thence down same at low water mark S77 1/2 W14 ??, N89 W34 ??, S82 W22 ??, N70 1/2 ??
